ASPEN AIDS BENEFIT Our one-night only fashion show is a fundraising event for the Aspen AIDS Benefit, sister event to the Telluride AIDS Benefit (TAB), a non-profit organization that raises money for five AIDS advocacy beneficiaries in Colorado and Africa (aidsbenefit.org). Since its inception in 1994, the Telluride AIDS Benefit has donated over $1.5 million to its five beneficiaries in Colorado and Africa. Our mission is to garner funds in order to support HIV/ AIDS awareness, education, and research – both regionally and globally. This past year alone, TAB raised over $175,000 during their two-night event. The Aspen AIDS Benefit is a theatrical fashion show which weaves dance, movement, music and story into a seamless choreographed piece. Donated fashions from high end designers to street wear lines are used as costuming for the models, dancers and actors as they present on trend fashions to Aspen. Followed by a live dj after party, silent auction and trunk sale where attendees can purchase items directly from the runway!
